| 18th Annual Our House 4 Miler: |
The Our House 4 Miler is a premier and established North Jersey running event which caters to not only elite athletes, but also the casual weekend runner and those new to the sport seeking a participant friendly and fun day! Enjoy a great certified course which runs through beautiful downtown and residential Summit, NJ. All staging is done on The Village Green with non-stop DJ music and fun pre-race activities. Participants will also enjoy special commemorative Tees, super giveaways and awesome lunch refreshments!
Join us on Saturday, May 20th in picturesque Summit, which is easily accessible by car or train. Free garage parking is available and the Summit Train Station is right at the finish line (www.njtransit.com). |

| Entry Fees and Deadlines: |
4M or 2M entry by 5/18 - $28
4M - USATF-NJ members by 5/18 - $25
4M or 2M entry on event day - $33 (cash or check)
*All pre-registered participants will receive a commemorative event shirt. Shirts will be offered to event day registrants while supplies last. Please make sure to mail paper entry forms (available upon request) by 5/15 to ensure we receive them in time. On event day, we can accept cash or check only. |
| Who does the event support?: |
Our House, Inc., founded in 1980, is a private, nonprofit 501 (c) (3) organization that provides residential, employment and recreational services to individuals with developmental and other disabilities. The goal and mission of Our House, Inc., is to promote a high quality of life for these individuals and help them to become productive members of the community. We strive to provide these opportunities in a supportive, safe environment that stresses “abilities, not disabilities”. All proceeds generated by the Our House 4 Miler will be used to continue as well as expand these services. With a waiting list of over 8,000 New Jersey individuals, we need your support. Overall Across The Line Finishers (male & female)
1 - $200; 2 - $150; 3 - $100; 4-10 - 2018 comps
Plaques to top 3, medals to 4-10
*1-3 “across the line” eligible for Summit prize $, displaced from age results.
*4-10 are eligible for Summit & Age
Overall Age Graded Finishers (male & female) BONUS!
Top 3 (if not in “Across the line” results) will receive 50% of the corresponding overall prize above. (You will not be displaced from Summit or Age results.)
Summit Residents (male & female)
1- $75; 2 - $50; 3 – $25 (with medals)
*Eligible for age group/age graded prize money.
Age-Graded Decade Winners (male & female)
1 - $50 (20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+)
Age Group 5 year Medal Winners
14 & under, 20-24 through 85+
*Prizes accepted at athlete's own discretion (athletes are responsible for ensuring their own amateur status if applicable).
*Checks will be sent 1-2 weeks after the event to ensure accuracy of the results.
*Summit residents and Age Graded Winners must provide ID to claim prize.
*Multiple prizes allowable (i.e., 5th overall is also 1st Summit except for Top 3 who are not eligible for age graded awards).

| Directions & Parking: |
Parking is available at the Municipal Parking Garage at the corner of Broad St. and Summit Ave. You can also take NJ Transit to the Summit Train Station which is directly across from the Summit Village Green.
From the Garden State Parkway & 78 Westbound:
Garden State Parkway to exit 142. Take 78 West to 24 West to Exit 8 (Summit Ave.). Turn left at traffic light onto Summit Ave. Continue 1 1/2 miles. Turn left on Broad St. for the parking garage.
From the NJ Turnpike:
Take exit 14 for 78 West and follow directions above.
From 78 Eastbound:
Take exit 45 (Glenside Ave.). Turn left at the traffic light, continue straight at first stop sign, take next sharp left up the hill onto Morris Ave., right onto Summit Ave., and right onto Broad St.
