USATF certified course. 500 point Grand Prix event. Awards to the top 3 m/f overall winners' as well as the top 3 m/f in each 5 year age category. |
1M and Kids Trot: |
The 1 Mile is a Walk/Fun Run open to participants of all ages and abilities. The Kids Trot is designed for children 12 and younger. Watch as they sprint across the grass at Ginty Field! All participants in the Kids Trot will receive a ribbon! |

5K/1M entry (through 11/23) - $22 5K entry 2009 USATF-NJ Members (through 11/23) - $20 5K/1M entry on event day - $25 Kids' Trot entry - $10
*Shirts are guaranteed to 5K, 1M, & Kids pre-registrants; while supplies last to event day registrants.
*Please note deadlines: Online registration closes at midnight on 11/23. Mail registrations arriving on 11/24 may not be processed. On site registration opens at 7 am on 11/25. |

From 287 Northbound: Exit 35. Right on South St. Proceed through traffic light. Left on Woodland Ave. ***Follow race parking signs. Ginty Field will be on the right just before Police Headquarters.
From 287 Southbound: Exit 35. At light at end of ramp turn right on Madison Ave. Left at light on South St. Proceed through traffic light. Left on Woodland Ave. Follow *** above.
From Route 124 East or West: Proceed to South St. Crossover Route 287. Proceed through traffic light. Left on Woodland Ave. Follow *** above.

Who am I helping?: |
Literacy Volunteers of Morris County Promotes increased literacy and fluency in English for adult learners through the use of dedicated, trained volunteers and support staff. The organization currently has approximately 500 students and 300 tutors, having doubled its size in less than eight years. Visit us at www.lvamorris.org
Interfaith Food Pantry Provides supplemental and emergency food to eligible Morris County residents in need. The pantry currently distributes more than 15,000 pounds of food every week and provides assistance to more than 1,800 households.
