| 5K Run: |
You will enjoy a traffic-free 3.1 mile course through Giralda Farms and on a paved pathway. Assigned staggered start times will keep all runners spaced at the start, along the course, and at the finish. |
| 2 Mile Walk : |
This course also takes advantage of the scenic Giralda Farms complex and stays entirely on paved walking paths when outside of the property. Fun and safe for the entire family! Suggested start times will keep our small groups togther and everyone spaced along the course. |
| Kids Dashes: |
There is truly something for everyone at this event! For kids 11 & under, that something is the Kids Dashes. Participants will sprint in friendly competition with their peers up to 100 meters (less for the little ones!). |

| 5K Awards: |
Due to our special circumstances this year, all 5k finishers will receive a medal. Chip times and unofficial places will be posted at BestRace.com. |

Good Grief's mission is to normalize grief in our communities through education, advocacy and year-round grief support programs for grieving children, teens and adults. Our vision is to ensure that every child in New Jersey has access to free grief support after the death of a parent or sibling.
Good Grief supports hundreds of families each year in more than 150 cities and towns throughout New Jersey. Your contribution helps provide free programs to support grieving children and their families.
According to the New York Life Foundation, 1 out of 7 children experience the death of a parent or sibling before the age of 20. That's approximately 20,000 children who lose a parent each year in New Jersey.

Good Grief's 5k Run and Walk for Hope helps raise awareness about the tremendous impact grief has on children and provides support for Good Grief's programs. Your contribution makes a difference because Good Grief does not charge for its services. After the death of a parent or sibling, children who receive support can grow-up emotionally healthy and able to lead meaningful and productive lives.
