| Race for Recovery: |
This event is a 5K run/walk located at Central Park of Morris County in support of The Market Street Mission’s Life Change Recovery Program. A USATF sanctioned event, we encourage you to show your support for those who are striving for recovery from drug and alcohol addiction.

9:00 a.m. - 5K Run start
9:05 a.m. - Freedom Walk start (1 or 2 miles)
9:45 a.m. - Kids Fun Runs start (12 & under)

*Registration comes with a souvenir event TECH tee. Exciting news! New this year - Ladies size tech tees available to pre-registrants who order online by June 7th. All shirts guaranteed to pre-registrants, so sign up early! (Event day signups will receive tech tees while supplies last. In the event Ladies sizes are no longer available on race day, unisex tech tees may be provided while supplies last).
Refreshments will be served throughout the event.
Our DJ will be spinning energetic tunes all morning.
Chip timing for the 5K will be provided by BestRace.com.
5K is a USATF-NJ XC Grand Prix event
There will be 3 Water Stations along the 5K run.

| 5K Course: |
Our new 5K course traverses tree-lined paths and trails, open fields, and even parallels a running stream throughout Central Park of Morris County.
Beat the heat with 3 water stations on the course, a finish line water station, AND a finish line cooling station with icy cloths!
The route will be marked with a combination of large directional signs, volunteers, and cones. Times will be called out at M1 & M2 and displayed on a digital clock at the finish. Results will be posted back at the event site and can be found on www.BestRace.com/mobile. |

For the closest parking please proceed to the end of Central Ave. near Field 1 and park in the lot designated #1. The next closest lots are #2 and #3.

No dogs or other pets are allowed on the courses for safety and insurance reasons. Baby joggers, bikes, roller skates, or other wheeled devices are not allowed on the 5K course. Baby joggers/strollers are allowed in the Family Walk. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
