| Saturday 7/24: |
Adult events will be held on Saturday 7/24.
This includes the following age divisions: HS (15-18), Open (19-29), Sub-Masters (30-34, 35-39), and Masters (40-44 through 85+).
Age Divisions are determined by age on race day.
(*If you are 14, but will turn 15 in 2004, you will run on Saturday in the HS division.) |

| Awards: |
There will be dual scoring for this meet.
Overall scoring will score all athletes in their respective divisions.
New Jersey scoring will displace all out of state competitors in each division.
New Jersey competitiors will receive medals based on their NJ placement.
Out of state competitors will receive medals based on their Overall placement.
Top 3 finishers in each division will receive a Garden State Games medal. No duplicate awards. (If you finish first in your event/division and are a NJ athlete, you will only receive one medal, not one for each method of scoring.) |
| USATF-NJ T&F Grand Prix: |
We will be offering USATF-NJ T&F Grand Prix points to all active USATF-NJ members interested. Just be sure that we get your 2004 membership number on your application. |
| Entry Fees: |
This is a pre entry event only.
Before July 19:
Youth (14 & Under) - $6 per event
Adults (15+) - $8 per event
Relay (14 & Under) - $20 per team
July 20-22:
Youth (14 & Under) - $8 per event
Adults (15+) - $10 per event
Relay (14 & Under) - $24 per team
*Registration closes at 1pm. All materials must be picked up by this time.
*Post-entry will be $20 per event, regardless of division.

| Youth Clubs: |
Reduced entry fees before 7/19: $5 per event, $16 per relay team.
Call 908-245-9422 for club application and info.
Clubs will receive seed cards and a list of their athlete's competitor numbers prior to the event.
Seed cards should be filled out before event day.
If you require a replacement card, we will gladly exchange the old one for a new one on race day.

| 5k Road Race: |
The Garden State Games 5K will kick off the track & field meet on Saturday 7/24. The race will be run entirely in Lincoln Park and will end on the track previous to the start of the track events.
