USATF age grouping - weekly and seasonal awards across all groups - 800 Meters, 1 Mile, 3K, 4K, and 5K when needed. Distances are age specific allowing moving up but not down. Same directions as to Meet of Champions Cross Country Championship at Holmdel Park Exit 114 of Garden State Parkway or Roberts Road off of Highway 34. Directions and course map at USATF-NJ website (Open & Masters 5k Championships) $21.00 for the 8 week series or $4.00 per meet for each athlete. Discount period ends after Sept 11. competitions. First race at 9:30 be on time to the park with athletes. Park regulations require all event participants to stay out of the concession stand seating area. We can use the patio area but must keep our gear under control (neat and a monitor, leaving a few tables open for other park guest)
