It's more than a 5K, because not everyone wants to run a flat, fast course that goes through a beautiful park, has two water stops and clocks at each mile. Some might prefer the Square Mile, with awards to the top 3 male and female finishers. And then there are those who would prefer to run 600 meters with a member of the opposite gender while carrying a bucket of water ala Jack and Jill!
Whichever event (or events) you choose, you'll love Jill & Jack. It's got an early Summer morning start, great amenities, and the unique Bucket Awards.
So what are you waiting for? Send in your application today. Westfield is close to Route 22 and the Parkway. And you can't miss Kehler Stadium--it's the home of Jill & Jack.

| Directions to Kehler Field: |
Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit 135. Follow the signs to Westfield. (You are on Central Avenue.) Drive to the 4th light, (approx. 2 miles.) Turn left onto Grove Street. At the end of the street, turn right onto Rahway Avenue. Kehler Field is on the right.

5K Run - USATF certified, flat, fast, through residential streets and Tamaques Park.
Square Mile - Around the block - Very fast!!
Bucket Race - 600 meters on track; male & female run as team with bucket.
Fees:5K - $17[USATF $15] by 5/29, $20 thereafter
Square Mile - $10 by 5/29, $13 thereafter
Jack & Jill Bucket Race - Teams of 2 with No shirts - $10 by 5/29, $12 thereafter.
Jack & Jill Bucket Race - Teams of 2 with shirts - $20 by 5/29, $24 thereafter.
Awards: 5K - 1,2,3 Overall male & female and age groups.
14 & under to 75 & over in 5 year increments.
Bucket Race - Top 5 Teams
Square Mile: 1.2.3 male & female
PRIZE MONEY: 5K Women - Overall
