The 5th Annual 5K Race and Walk will celebrate the ideas set forth by the YMCA while raising funds for the YMCA Strong Kids Campaign, a financial assistance program.

| The Course: |
5K Run:USATF Certified course, two water stops. Mostly flat loop through residential neighborhoods. Fast, with one hill and lots of shade. Two water stops.
2 Mile Walk: Two miles through flat, shaded, residential neighborhoods.
Kids' Run: At the Y for children ages 2-11, 25 to 200 yards.

Top three overall, male and female.
Top three male and female in each age group.
Age Groups: 14 & under to 75 & over in 5 year increments.
Top YMCA members, male and female.
Ribbons to all Kids' Run finishers.
No duplicate awards. |

West Essex YMCA 5K T-shirt to all preregistrants and postregistrants while supplies last, Tie-dyed T-shirts [first 100 registrants], Kids' T-shirts, Food, Drink, DJ, Games and Prizes. |

From the Garden State Parkway Exit 145 to Route 280 West. Take Exit 5A onto Livingston Avenue (becomes South Livingston Avenue.) West Essex YMCA is 2 miles ahead on the left.
From Route 78: Merge onto Route 24. Take JFK Parkway Exit (Short Hills Mall) toward Livingston (eventually becomes South Livingston Avenue.) West Essex YMCA is 4.5 miles ahead on the right.
