1 Mile Jr. Run-12 Years and under
Kids' Fun Dashes-12 years and under (grouped by age)

Friday, September 15th, 10:00am-3:00pm (packet pick-up).
Sunday, September 17th, 10K & 5K check-in begins at 7:00am
10K:8:45am (run)
5K:10:45am (run/walk)
Awards ceremony follows each race
Jr. Run:11:45am
Special Olympics Expo/Noon
Kids' Dashes:12:30pm

10K Prize Money
USATF-NJ Men’s Championship: 1st-$300., 2nd-$250., 3rd-$200., 4th-$175., 5th-$150., 6th -$125., 7th-$75.
Men's Open Teams- 1st- $100., 2nd $75., 3rd $50.,
Awards: 10K and 5K Races: 1st, 2nd, 3rd overall and in each age group, male and female.
5K: 10 years and above, 10-15; 16-19; and then five year increments to 75 & over.
10K: Five year increments 16 years and above to 75 & over
1st place male & female YJCC members.
Jr. Run and Kids' Fun Dashes: Award to all participants.
Amenities: Custom designed long sleeve tee shirt for all 10K and 5K pre-registrants and post-registrants while supplies last.
The #1 goody bag in NJ.
Post Race Refreshments, DJ and exciting Kids Fair.
Fees: 5K Run/Walk,10K Run: $18.[USATF or YJCC member $15.] by 9/11, $20. thereafter and on race day.
Jr. Run and Kids' Fun Dashes: Free
Parking at YJCC is limited. Additional parking is available. You will be directed upon arrival.
No baby strollers, rollerblades, dogs or bikes allowed in the 5K or 10K.
Come dressed to run. Restrooms available (No showers or dressing facilities)

Course: USATF certified, beautiful, primarily flat course through tree-lined streets, around a lake and a park in the Township of Washington, New Jersey. Start and finish at the Bergen County YJCC. Mile Clocks, water stops.

Directions from the South:
Take GSP North to exit 168 [Washington Ave.]. At the stop sign, turn right onto Washington Ave. At first light, turn right onto Pascack Road for about a 1/2 mile. The YJCC will be on your left.
Directions from the North:
NYS Thruway South to GSP South to exit 166 [Linwood Ave].Bear right onto Highland Ave. and continue to stop sign [Linwood Ave.]. Turn right onto Linwood Ave., at end of Linwood Ave., turn left onto Pascack Road. Continue for 1/2 mile. The YJCC will be on your right.
Directions from The George Washington Bridge:
Route 4 West to Route 17 North. Exit at Linwood Ave. [Going East]. Stay on Linwood Ave. to the end. Trn left onto Pascack Road. Continue for 1/2 mile. The YJCC will be on your right.
