The Event- The Run:
COME PLAY ON OUR BEACH.......... The wide wonderful beach of Wildwood Crest invites you to particpate in the inaugural CREST ADVENTURE RACES. Whether you compete as an individual or as a member of a three person team, we will challenge your skill and fitness. Starting on the Rambler Road Beach, a very wide expanse of hard sand, you or your teammate will start with our very fast 3 MILE RUN , on paved local roads, which has very few turns and ends on the beach where your bike awaits.
The Event - The Bike:
The 10 MILE BIKE is next and promises top speed on flat local roads and the Wildwood Crest Boardwalk. You will start and finish this stage on the beach and then it's time for the BEACH OBSTACLE COURSE that will test your athletic and strategic skills.
The Event - The Obstacle Course: OBSTACLE COURSE HIGHLIGHTS: Hurdles....Slalom Run....Agility Drill....Balance tests....Scavenger Hunt....Water Carry And other physical and mental challenges....................... So, get ready to compete,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,The ocean and beach of Wildwood Crest is waiting for you.

| OFFICIAL TRIATHLON RULES: |
Please read and follow.
1. The Crest Adventure Races is for individuals or teams of 3. Teams can be all male, all female or co-ed (co-ed = 1male, 2 females or 2 females, 1 male).
2. Minimum age to compete is 14.
3. Individuals will compete in the Run, Bike and Beach Obstacle Course.
4. 3 person team members will do one of the three stages. They must declare in advance on the official event entry form.
5. Helmets are required for all cyclists.
6. Bike Frame #s must be attached to the top bike tube and be visible at all times.
7. All competitiors are required to wear a bib# on front of their body.
8. Follow instructions of all race officials, police and volunteers.

Garden State Parkway South to Exit 4B. Head east toward the ocean. Make right turn onto Atlantic Avenue. Follow orange parking signs. Once past Rosemary Road. race is corner of Rambler Road and Ocean Avenue |

Fees: Indvidual: $40. thru 9/10 then $50.; Team $75. thru 9/10, then $90.
