| 5K Course: |
The 5K course is run on the Plaza oval and is a newly certified and FLAT course. The 5K will offer 500 USATF-NJ grand prix points. |
| Awards: |
Awards will be given to the top 3 m/f overall finishers in the 5K and the top 3 m/f age group finishers as follows: 14 and under, 15-18, 19-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-69, 70 and over. |

From Parkway North take exit 160 (Paramus Road). Go straight through first light into mall entrance roadway.
From parkway South take exit 163 (Route 17 South). Mall entrance is 2 miles down on your right.
From NJ Turnpike/I-95 take exit 16W (Route 3 West) to 17 North to Route 4. Follow signs for Garden State Plaza. |
