| About this event: |
OVERVIEW:Site of the USATF-NJ Masters Women 5K State Championship and celebrating 30 years of racing in New Jersey.One of the flattest and fastest courses in the northeast, it attracts over 3500 competitive and recreational runners in all age groups. The races include a 5k, 10k, Masters and Elite Mile, and a Fun Run/Health Walk. In conjunction with the races, the fifth annual HHK Wheelchair 10k.
IMPORTANT: There is no race day registration. Only the Fun Run/Health Walk will take same day registration.
AWARDS: Age group awards and many cash awards/bonuses to be given(Total prize money $7300). See website for details.
DIRECTIONS: Route 17 North Ridgewood Ave exit-2 miles to race site. Route 17 South to Sheridan Ave exit to North Maple Ave. Turn right and go 2 miles to race site. Route 208 N or S to Maple Avenue. Go North, 2 miles to race site.
