The 2006 course is back! Flat, fast, and traffic free.
This is a USATF certified course and is a 500 point Grand Prix event.

Awards will be given to the top 3 m/f overall finishers in the 5K and the top 3 m/f age group finishers as follows: 14 and under, 15-18, 19-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-69, 70 and over.
Ribbons to all 1M finishers. |

From Parkway North take exit 160 (Paramus Road). Go straight through first light into mall entrance roadway.
From parkway South take exit 163 (Route 17 South). Mall entrance is 2 miles down on your right.
From NJ Turnpike/I-95 take exit 16W (Route 3 West) to 17 North to Route 4. Follow signs for Garden State Plaza. |

5K by 11/7/09 - $20 w. long sleeve shirt
5K USATF-NJ members by 11/7/09 - $18 w. long sleeve
1M by 11/7/09 - $12 w. short sleeve
*All pre-registrants are guaranteed a shirt.
Race Day Fees are $22 for the 5K and $15 for the 1M.
