COURSE: The course is very fast (one tough hill) on scenic residential streets. Water stop and mile clocks.

FROM I-287 NORTHBOUND: Exit 35. Turn RIGHT onto South Street (Route 601 ) and proceed past traffic light. Make LEFT on Woodland Avenue.*** Follow race parking signs. Ginty Field will be on the RIGHT across from Police HQ.
From Route 124 EAST or WEST: Proceed to South Street ( Route 601 ). Cross over Rt. 287. After Traffic light, make LEFT onto Woodland Avenue. Follow*** above.
FROM I-287 SOUTHBOUND: Exit 35. At traffic light at end of ramp, make RIGHT onto Madison Avenue. LEFT at light onto South Street. Go through one traffic light.
Make LEFT onto Woodland Avenue. Follow *** above.
