| WHO BENEFITS?: |
Proceeds benefit the Goodwill Rescue Mission of Newark, New Jersey (non-profit), providing shelter, food and counselling to the poor and homeless since 1896.
Food Pantry Collection: Entrants are encouraged to bring a can of food, dry good, or gently used winter coats (especially men’s) to help those in need at GRM’s shelter and food pantry.
For the past three years, the GW 5000 Meter Run has raised thousands of dollars and we invite you to be part of this year’s success! |

5K: $20.,($18. USATF & Girls on the Run Members); $22. after 11/10 and on race day for all. One Mile Fun Run: $8.
EVENTS: 5 Kilometer ( 3.1 miles ) road race @ 8:30 AM and GW One Mile Race @ 8:00 AM

The Goodwill 5000 Meter Run is a USATF-NJ 500 point race. Open to runners, joggers & walkers of every ability.

From the GSP: Take the GSP to Exit 148 [Bloomfield Ave.]. Travel West on Bloomfield Ave. approximately 2.5 miles to the Montclair Art Museum [on the left]. You will be directed where to park once you reach the Museum.
