Waiver	In consideration of this entry being accepted, I hereby for myself, heirs, executors and administrators waive and release any claims I may have against Literacy Volunteers of Morris County, Interfaith Food Pantry, Twp. of Morris, Morris County Parks Commission, Sports Action Reaction, LLC, Best Racing Systems, USA Track & Field and any and all parties, groups, organizations, volunteers, sponsors, and/or any representatives involved in the Morris Twp Turkey Trot events for any and all injuries that may be suffered by me in this event. I certify that I am physically able to participate in this event. I understand that running and walking may present certain health or safety risks and I agree I am responsible for my own well being. I certify that I am physically able to participate in this event. I agree to abide by and cooperate with the event officials’ instructions and decisions. I understand safety is the top priority of this event and I will follow all safety regulations along my chosen routes (such as but not limited to crossing on green lights only or on a walk signal when provided; staying on sidewalks where provided; obeying stop signs; etc). As event program has virtual components with no singular in-person participation date, but instead a participation window, I understand my entry fee is non-refundable for any/all reasons. By providing my email address I agree to receive emails regarding this or similar events by LVMC/IFP/Sports A/R. I grant full permission to use any photos, video, recording, or other record of my attendance at this event for legitimate purposes without compensation or remuneration. By agreeing to this waiver, I certify that I am either over 18 years of age or that my parent/legal guardian if under 18 has selected to agree to this waiver on my behalf.
