Waiver	In consideration of this entry being accepted, I hereby for myself, heirs, executors and administrators waive and release any claims I may have against Somerset County Bar Foundation, Sports Action Reaction LLC and any and all parties, groups, organizations, volunteers, sponsors, and/or any representatives involved in the Legal Runaround events for any and all injuries which I may suffer as a result of my participation in this event. I understand that running and walking may present certain health or safety risks and I agree I am responsible for my own well being. I certify that I am physically able to participate in this event. I agree to abide by and cooperate with the event officials’ instructions and decisions. I understand safety is the top priority of this event and I will follow all safety regulations along my chosen route (such as but not limited to crossing on green lights only or on a walk signal when provided; staying on sidewalks where provided; obeying stop signs; etc). As this is a virtual event with no firm participation date, but instead a participation window, I understand my entry fee is non-refundable for any/all reasons. By providing my email address, I hereby authorize Somerset County Bar Foundation and Sports Action Reaction LLC (BestLife.Events) to send me emails regarding this or similar events. I grant full permission to use any photos, video, recording, or other record of my attendance at this event for legitimate purposes without compensation or remuneration. By agreeing to this waiver, I certify that I am either over 18 years of age or that I am the parent/legal guardian of this registrant who is under 18 and agree on their behalf.

We are aware that the above gender designations are only two of many. We recognize and welcome ALL people and want each of you fully represented. As a 5K run with a compeitive element, we must adhere to USA Track and Field competition requirements and offer selection of male or female. If neither of these designations apply to you, we request that you select the one you most identify with to proceed with the form, and please list your gender here.
