Waiver	In consideration of this entry being accepted I hereby for myself, heirs, executors, and administrators waive and release any claims I may have against Sports Action Reaction LLC, BestLife.Events, the Somerset County Bar Foundation, the Somerset County Bar Association, USA Track & Field, USATF-NJ, County of Somerset, Borough of Somerville, Best Racing Systems, and any and all Parties, Groups, Organizations, Volunteers, Sponsors, and (or) any Representatives involved in The Legal Runaround events for any and all injuries suffered by me in this event. I understand that running and walking may present certain health or safety risks and I agree I am responsible for my own well being. I certify that I am physically able to compete in this event. I agree to abide by and cooperate with the event rules as posted on the event website, in emails, and in this waiver, as well as by the event officials’ instructions and decisions. I understand that safety is the top priority of this event and I will follow all safety regulations along my chosen route; that dogs, other pets, in-line skates, skateboards, bicycles, and similar devices are not allowed on the courses; and that my entry fee is non-refundable for any/all reasons including unavoidable event cancellation/rescheduling. By providing my email address I agree to receive emails regarding this or similar events by SCBF/SCBA/Sports A/R. I grant full permission to use any photos, video, recording, or other record of my attendance at this event for legitimate purposes without compensation or remuneration. By agreeing to this waiver, I certify that I am either over 18 years of age or that I am the parent/legal guardian of this registrant who is under 18 and agree on their behalf.
